Our Virtual, or Onsite Orientation service is offered in conjunction with the purchase of a HuPerT® training device or HuPerT® Dynamic Learning Activity.

Once you have received your HuPerT® or HuPerT® Dynamic Learning Activity, our product specialist will meet with you to ensure:

  • all components of the unit are functioning properly by performing a diagnostic test,
  • the Customer’s trainers are trained to initially set up each program using procedures provided, and
  • the Customer’s trainers are trained to perform training and evaluations using the documentation provided.
