Once you have received your HuPerT® or HuPerT® Dynamic Learning Activity, our product specialist will meet with you to ensure:
- all components of the unit are functioning properly by performing a diagnostic test,
- the Customer’s trainers are trained to initially set up each program using procedures provided, and
- the Customer’s trainers are trained to perform training and evaluations using the documentation provided.
